Analisis Implementasi Centralized Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD) Pada Proses Prakualifikasi Vendor Berdasarkan Ptk 007 Di PT APG Westkampar Indonesia

This descriptive qualitative case study analyzes the implementation of the Centralized Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD) in the vendor prequalification process at PT APG Westkampar Indonesia under PTK-007 Revision 05. Data were gathered through triangulation (observation, interviews, and documentation) and analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña framework via pattern matching. Results indicate CIVD successfully restructured prequalification into a centralized, efficient, and standardized system across PSCs, accelerating legal, financial, and track record verifications. Operational constraints from non-compliant data updates and expired SPDAs were mitigated through automated tracking, coordination SLAs, and periodic update notifications. This study contributes to upstream oil and gas compliance and digital procurement literature in high-risk industries.
